My name is Ellie Kempton and I believe the food we eat says something fundamental about who we are and what we believe in. For instance, I love extra dark chocolate, tea and anything cooked in coconut oil. As a holistic nutritionist, I know my favorite foods play different roles in my body. They have the ability to stabilize my energy, improve digestion, and optimize weight. These foods aren’t for everyone but my mission is to provide clarity in choosing the right foods to nourish your unique body and lifestyle.
My career in nutrition found me as a collegiate swimmer. My diet was motivated purely by speed and ease. Foods that could be prepared quickly to optimize free time and fuel an even faster swim were the only foods that stood a chance on my plate. When my “fast” foods only made me slower and eventually very sick, my paradigm shifted. Neither doctors nor medicines could prevent my discouragement. After a diagnosis of autoimmunity, but before completely giving up, I found my elixir: real food. It transformed my performance, my health and my life.
Since then, I’ve become real food’s marketing agent. After all, real food offers transformative health benefits and I’m thrilled to make nutrition simple and exciting for everyone. My devotion and extensive work to nourish my own health has equipped me with the tools to stabilize YOUR energy, YOUR digestion and YOUR weight. This means you have more time to dream, pursue your passion and simply be you. In partnering with me, you’ll be delighted to find the journey toward optimum health is simple but just as importantly- it’s tasty too!
Whether you want to combat sugar cravings or rehabilitate an upset digestive tract or just follow a gluten free diet, my programs offer guidance and counseling based on individual needs. Simply Nourished provides clarity and results. But most importantly, it means you’re not alone. Let’s grow simple habits that provide sustainable health together.
