initial consult

When you enter into the support of Simply Nourished your goals are the top priority. During our 75-minute conversation, we’ll review everything, from your sleep patterns to frustrations, food preferences, and medical history. Once we understand you and your day-to-day challenges, we’ll build a science-backed architecture to help you reach your goals, reduce the decisions you have to make each day, find balance and wellbeing, and unlock your potential to thrive. Click the link below to book with either Jen or Ellie. Check email for confirmation and prompt to fill out new client intake forms.

returning

This is our chance to review successes and stumbling blocks since the last time we talked. We’ll fine-tune your lifestyle architecture with recipes, meal planning support, or new routines. We usually plan follow-up sessions 3-4 weeks apart so you have plenty of time to practice protocols and allow new habits to become a part of your daily life. meal plan

Health begins at the table, which is why it’s so frustrating that most meal plans are rigid, time consuming, and complicated. We need something different—an approach that celebrates food’s connection to our bodies and souls, embraces simplicity and flexibility, and preserves the tradition of hand-grown, hand-picked, hand-prepared meals for savoring with our families. That’s the mindset behind our meal planning. We’ve partnered with a company to bring you weekly meal plans tailored to your needs. You choose from Paleo, Vegetarian, or Real Food, then take the opportunity to make each meal your own, and take ALL of the credit for your new-found health.

praise

“After that I started working with Ellie one-on-one because I didn’t feel I was where i needed to be. Now, about 5 months later, I have lost 25 lbs. I weigh what I did when I got pregnant with #3 three years ago. I am hardly ever really hungry. I feel strong. I feel amazing. I have a plan. I know what my body needs and can listen to it better than ever.Am I at a destination? Where I need to be? No. But I have the tools I need to continue forward in the right direction. I have less than 20 lbs to my lowest weights an adult. I may get closer. I may not. And if I don’t, it’s okay. My kids see me taking care of myself. I am able to run and jump and play with them. I feel good and they see that.”

“Thank you again for taking the time to meet with me! You have such a passion for your work, but also an empathy and kindness that makes it easy so easy to talk with you. I’m so looking forward to making these changes in my day to day and I’m making them sustainable. Thank you again for another superb morning! My grocery list is beginning to look quite different and I’m finding myself surprisingly excited to go to the grocery store.”
