Jennifer Scheinman, RDN is Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 15 years of experience helping people improve their health through the foods they eat. Jen takes a holistic approach to wellness, that incorporates physical activity, stress reduction and behavior change techniques to help each individual achieve their personal best.
Hi! I’m Emily, the nutrition intern for Simply Nourished.
I aspire to gently guide others in creating a healthy food doctrine that informs the ways they live, cook, and eat – understanding that food relationships are complicated and some of the hardest to change.
With a background in biology and human nutrition, my journey toward becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist will be completed in the fall of 2019. I hope to take part in your adventure toward finding food freedom!
Some of my loves include: golfing, cooking, camping, sharing meals with friends and family, and exploring the mountains.

Curating the best client experience is my jam. I have B.S. in Business Marketing, and started my career developing marketing initiatives and customer relation programs.
In the years following, I expanded my experience to include community management, event planning and promotion, social media strategy, and brand communications. I am very excited to utilize my experience of developing engaged communities here at Simply Nourished and to be part of a team committed to the health and vibrancy of women.
I have an amazing son, who never stops moving. And in my spare time I enjoy all the bounty Colorado has to offer in hiking, skiing and gardening. I also love the art of herbalism and you can always find a DIY or crafty project in my home.
