Ingredients
- 1 cup dates [pitted]
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes [unsweetened]
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1 Tbsp matcha green tea powder
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- juice from 1/2 lime
Instructions

Add dates to a small bowl and cover with water. Allow to soak for 5-10 minutes or until soft.

Then, add dates to a food processor and pulse until chopped.

Add coconut flakes and cashews, then pulse until combined.

Next, add matcha powder, coconut oil and lime juice. Pulse until consistent in texture and dough-like.

Using your hands, roll dough into 2-inch balls and place on a plate in an even layer. Allow to harden inthe fridge for 30 minutes before enjoying!
