my favorite things: cookbooks

I’ve cultivated some of my favorite things to help inspire your meals as we enter fall. Here is a collection of my current go-to cookbooks that use nothing but whole food ingredients and are easy to prep!

The Fresh and Healthy Instant Pot Cookbook by Megan Gilmore

Everyone seems to have an instant pot these days. But finding healthy recipes can be quite the challenge. These recipes use whole food ingredients that are all easy to find.

Eat Beautiful by Wendy Rowe

Take care of your body from the inside out. This cookbook highlights ingredients that will make your skin glow. As an added bonus, it includes homemade recipes for skincare products and ingredients broken down by season.

Against All Grain by Danielle Walker

This cookbook is full of grain-free, gluten-free recipes that will keep everyone in your house happy. These recipes are easy to follow and, while they may cut out grains, dairy and refined sugar, they are not short on flavor.

Whole by Natural Harry

This plant-based cookbook has a beautiful variety of recipes all with a modern twist. It uses all whole food ingredients that are easy to prep and full of flavor.

More With Less by Jodi Moreno

Every recipe in this cookbook features minimal ingredients [hello quicker shopping trips!] that are big on flavor. The meal prep is just as simple and there are plenty of recipes for homemade condiments.

The Clean Plate: Eat, Reset, Heal by Gwyneth Paltrow

Reset and rebalance your body with these clean recipes. They are easy enough for a busy weeknight meal and clean enough to help heal your body. There are even some targeted protocols at the end spotlighting some of the recipes that are best for heavy metal detox, candida and more.
