treasure trove cookie dough bites
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp coconut flour
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil or butter
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp almond milk
- 1/8 – 1⁄4 tsp fine grain sea salt [or to taste]
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips [such as Lily’s chocolate chips]
Combine the almond and coconut flour in a medium bowl.
Stir in the remaining ingredients, mixing well until a smooth dough forms.
Chill the dough for at least 10-15 minutes for ideal texture for forming bites.
Use a 1 Tbsp scoop to divide the dough into 12-15 portions. Using your hands roll the divided dough into balls.
Store the cookie dough bites in freezer packaged into sets of two [if possible to decrease willpower from consuming all]. Cookie dough bites keep in freezer for 1 month.
