Try this bubbly beauty on for size and savor the complexity of flavor paired with the upside of a down-side free treat.

  • 2 oz seedlip OR other non-alcoholic spirit [of choice]
  • 10-20 drops bitters [of choice] – these bitters are some of my favorites
  • 8 oz sparkling water
  • slice of lemon
  1. Add all ingredients to a fancy glass.
  2. Stir and enjoy!
