- 2 oz seedlip OR other non-alcoholic spirit [of choice]
- 10-20 drops bitters [of choice] – these bitters are some of my favorites
- 8 oz sparkling water
- slice of lemon
- Add all ingredients to a fancy glass.
- Stir and enjoy!
