How do I "opt out" or cancel my membership?
- While putting your membership on hold for a month at a time is not possible, you can always cancel your seat at The Table [membership] if it is not serving you.
- PLEASE NOTE: If you sign up for our Monthly Membership option, you are committing to the entire year. If you do not want to commit to the year, please purchase our Quarterly Membership/Topic option.
- If you commit to the year and choose to cancel, we will invoice you for the difference of the Quarterly Membership/Topic amount at the time you cancel.
- Once your cancellation is confirmed, your access to the portal and the Facebook group will be terminated. This will occur at the earlier of either, your next payment billing date or 2 days before the next Table session.
- Along with your request to cancel, we would greatly appreciate your feedback about what you might need in order to make The Table a space of healing and growth in the future.

How long will our monthly workshop last?
- All Table gatherings will last for 1 hour.
- The first 30 min will be devoted to a targeted dive into the topic of the month.
- The remainder of our time is devoted to YOU and your questions.
- Submit your questions by logging into your member portal and clicking Q + A.
Do we meet in person at the Table or is it via phone conferencing?
- Our meetings are hosted via zoom.
- The link to join will be in your membership portal and sent via email 24 hours in advance.
What if I can’t make the meeting at the scheduled time?
- No problem. You can pre-submit your questions in your membership portal.
- The recording will also be sent to you 24 hours after the workshop. Your membership portal will also host the recording for future listening.
- The only downfall to not making the workshop live is not being able to ask questions live. However we will spend 30 min answering both pre-submitted and live questions so simply pre-submit your questions via your membership portal.
What other meetings/guidance etc is included in the monthly membership fee?
- A targeted protocol designed into a beautiful roadmap for you to follow.
- A recording of our call.
- 30 minutes to answer questions.
- Digital gifts [party favors if you will!] that support implementation of advice each month.
- A community of other gorgeous women sitting around The Table with you.
- A private Facebook group to gather 24/7.
What if one of the topics doesn’t pertain to any health goal of mine?
- The Table encompasses the duality of learning and community. We would love for you to still join us noting that ½ of our time together is devoted to questions and answers; many of which may be in direct alignment with what you crave most. You will always walk away from our time together knowing you are not alone and that the women who sit beside you at The Table are on the same journey.
Why is membership shut down close to registration?
- We intentionally shut down registration 24 hours prior to our call in order to allow our team to prepare for our workshop + your membership portal for the next month. We will typically need 5 days in order to refresh information in The Table portal. If you happened to miss the deadline for registration, know that previous topics are offered to members a la carte.
Is it necessary to use PayPal to register?
PayPal is our current system to pay and register for your membership. You may choose any credit card you’d like to use and add it to their system. We trust PayPal to manage your recurring payment securely. Please reach out if you have any issues navigating PayPal.
What happens to my content if I cancel my membership?
- Please download and save any content that you purchased during your membership time period. Once your portal access is discontinued you will not have access to past content.
