Place in a blender: eggs, protein powder, bananas, oats, and milk. Blend until all is incorporated.
If the pancake mixture seems too thick you can add almond milk to thin it out a bit [start with 1 T at a time].
Heat a medium pan or griddle on medium heat with oil of choice.
Add ¼ cup batter to skillet at a time flipping once you see bubbles form at the surface. Add in ½ - 1 tsp of chocolate before flipping*.
Cook for 1-2 minutes on the other side until pancake is cooked through.
Serve warm or freeze until ready to use.
*Chocolate may scorch at this step. For best deliciousness, flip pancake and then place chocolate chips on the already cooked side. It will allow the chips to soften so they continue to melt-in-your-mouth when you eat them.
